Hey folks,

ros-hydro-bwi-desktop is not building on Raring because upstream
package ros-hydro-bwi-desktop-full is broken (dependency on
ros-hydro-openni-tracker that is not satisfied on Raring).

Why would this cause ros-hydro-bwi-desktop to not build? We'll be
removing this dependency shortly, but I wasn't sure if this was a
Jenkins bug.
