As an aside, can we change the settings on this list so that the default is reply-to-all?
I asked Mike if he was talking about a partial upgrade, but only replied to him by accident. He responded with:
> Not sure what you mean. I've had issues where apt-get upgrade declined to upgrade a package because the newer version had a new dependency. Doing dist-upgrade gets everything to the most current state, even if it has to install extra dependencies in order to do so.
