Ilia and myself are looking at a solution for lists.wg.com, but we have been talking about moving it to Clearpath since the recent turn of events has lead us to believe it is unfeasable to maintain a server that is across the country.

Regarding aptproxy, I think we're going to leave that one down, as its only a mirror of ubuntu archives. I'll look at fixing the links in the sources.list for the Hydro release.

We have the same problem about aptproxy.willlowgarage.com on PR2.

Hi Ingo and Ryohei,

the problem is known and discussed at the "pr2-admin" mailing list.
Clearpath is looking into providing these packages.
Below you find their reply. Maybe this helps.

Cheers,
Juergen

Greetings All!

My sincere apologies for the confusion relating to this issue.
Unfortunately packages.willowgarage.com
<http://packages.willowgarage.com> went down unexpectedly, and we had to
transfer the content over to our server. You can find it here:?
http://packages.willowgarage.s3-website-us-east-1.amazonaws.com/

We will be redirecting any existing references to the new location.

Again, my apologies for any confusion or delays this might have caused.

Warmest regards,
Paul

As posted the pr2-users list:

?aptproxy.willowgarage.com was just a local mirror of all of the ubuntu archives, for use inside of Willow. You can just replace it with the default ubuntu mirror.?

The packages.willowgarage.com repository is a separate repository (similar to a PPA) which hosts the PR2 specific packages, and it?s mostly back online now, thanks to the hard work of the folks at Clearpath.

Hi all :)

I am pleased to announce that I created a kind of Mavlink generator for ROS.

You can see the pre-release here:
https://github.com/posilva/mav2rosgenerator and download from here:
https://pypi.python.org/pypi/mav2rosgenerator/0.1.2

I hope this could be helpful to the ROS guys to start using mavlink to
control robots.

Best

Hi J?rgen,

thanks for the info. Strange that I didn't get that e-mail, I'm on that
list. Oh well.

cheers,
