They're not there yet but will be soon hopefully. They cannot be released until we reach desktop-full. That's what we are trying to reach for the beta, see my previous email to the list for a link to a wiki page which tracks the progress.
Does anyone know if jade will have the ros-base, ros-desktop, and ros-full packages? They do not seem to exist currently in the apt repos, and I am not sure if this is because they are deprecated, or just have not been built just yet.
