Thanks everyone, As you may have seen(http://discourse.ros.org/t/new-packages-for-indigo/291) Indigo packages have been synced. As such the release hold is off. 

We also took the quiet moment on the buildfarm to do a few upgrades to the release files for more granular blacklisting support.

I'm planning to sync shortly for Indigo. We completed a rebuild over the weekend. With one regression of fetcheus generally and on Saucy jsk_pcl_ros_utils fails due to missing python-texttable but since Saucy is EOL I don't plan to block the release for that. 

Please take some time to test from shadow-fixed and let me know if you have any feedback. Without any feedback I expect to sync later this week.
