[ros-users] pcl svn down ?

Hi,

I am trying to install ros electric version with

rosinstall ~/ros
"http://packages.ros.org/cgi-bin/gen_rosinstall.py?rosdistro=electric&variant=desktop-full&overlay=no"

But it blocks here :
Installing http://svn.pointclouds.org/ros/tags/perception_pcl_unstable-1.0.1
to /opt/ros/perception_pcl

I tried to ping without success. Is there anything wrong ?
