Hi everyone,
I'm proposing new comments for sensor_msgs/Range that will update the
message to account for REP 117. In this process, the message can gain
support for fixed distance rangers. These sensors report if an obstacle is
closer or further than the sensor's defined threshold and do not output a
continuous measurement.
