[Ros-release] Shadow repos down overnight

Hi All,

We're in the process of syncing the fuerte repos into shadow.  We hit a
glitch and needed to rebuild everything.  For the next 8-12 hours expect
all prereleases and devel builds to fail.  We hope to have it rebuilt by
tomorrow.
