[Ros-release] ROS Users and ROS Relese mailing list migration Thursday

As you probably saw by the test emails, the ros-users and ros-release
mailing lists are back online. The administrative interface and browsing
access to the archives will come back online early next week. I'll
announce the new locations when they are available.
