[Ros-release] No jobs for recently released dry packages

I did initial releases of the pr2_precise_trajectory and pr2_sith packages yesterday, and it looks like jobs for them didn't get generated when the reconfigure job ran last night.

Could this be related to the move to the new dry release repository on google code?
