[Ros-release] Build failures for camera1394 on Groovy

I recently started getting frequent Jenkins build failure messages for
camera1394 on Groovy. That version is identical to the Fuerte release,
1.8.0, and was included in the initial Groovy release (not by me).

http://jenkins.willowgarage.com:8080/job/ros-groovy-camera1394_binarydeb_oneiric_i386/85/console

I have not been able to reproduce this failure on my development system,
and I could use some help figuring out what is going wrong.

The failure *appears* to be related to dynamic_reconfigure, but why would
it suddenly start happening after all this time?
