[ros-release] Indigo and Hydro prerelease create job pages not working for me today

Yeah, looks like a resource for django is not accessible, I think Tully
recently touched this, maybe something went wrong. Here is more info:

Uncaught ReferenceError: Dajaxice is not defined ajax_functions.js:12
```
