[ros-release] Unresolved rosdep key libsensors4-dev on Fedora

Sorry, missed the part about you asking for the rosdep key, my bad.

Scott Logan has been one of the guys keeping the rosdep rules up-to-date. I
would make an issue on ros/rosdistro and @cottsay to get his input.
