[ros-release] Indigo Beta feedback

As a quick update.

I believe today we have worked out a way to solve
https://github.com/ros/rosdistro/issues/4633 There are now shim packages
redirecting from the urdfdom ros packages to the rosdep. We've made good
progress so far, and I hope to see a fresh version of indigo when i wake up
tomorrow.

The other block was the that the indigo doc jobs were exponentially growing
in disk space which with monitoring I believe is now solved.

I agree that having the joystick would be valuable for many users however I
don't consider it blocking as it's not inside the set of packages defined

@jbohren We're planning to let indigo soak for most of a week assuming the
build overnight goes well. Will it be possible to get joystick drivers in
before then?
