[ros-release] Hydro sync pending 2 regressions regressions

Hi Everyone,

We're in the process of syncing Groovy and would like to go ahead with
Hydro and Indigo shortly.

We've flagged 2 regressions in Hydro.

enu is failing on Precise32 only.

And uwsim appears to depend on headers which were lost from uswim_osgworks
recent updates.

If you're maintaining those packages please get back to me. You're bcc'd.
Otherwise I'll either release with

We also will be looking to sync indigo shortly. There are past regressions
in rocon, but there's a new release in the pipeline that we hope will fix
that.
