[ros-release] Next scheduled sync?

Dear Tully,

related to this old discussion: When is the corresponding sync for Hydro
coming out?

I'm asking because we fixed a rather annoying bug in genlisp (0.4.14 -->
0.4.15) which has already propagated into Indigo and Jade. YEAH!! Hydro
users, however, are still on the outside looking in...
