[ros-release] Next scheduled sync?

Hi Jihoon,

We're in the middle of a big rebuild: 8684 packages queued to rebuild at
the moment on jenkins.

When that finishes we'll let it stabilize and get a few days of testing
time. I expect it to be sometime early to mid next week.
