[ros-release] Seeking Fedora rosdeps for gstreamer 1.0

Hi,

The gobject introspection files for gstreamer[1] and
gstreamer-plugins-base[2] are included in the base packages, you
should be able to just use gstreamer and gstreamer-plugins-base as the
rosdeps.

python-gi probably maps to the pygobject3[3] package in Fedora.
