[ros-users] common 1.1.2 released as well as 1.0.4

The common stack versions 1.1.2 and 1.0.4 have been released into latest and
boxturtle distros respectively.

The changes to 1.1.2 are cleanup in preparation for future releases.  And
1.0.4 is a minor patch release.  If you are using boxturtle it is
recommended to update when convenient.
