[ros-users] Installing ROS from source

Frederic,
You can tell the ROS build system where to find log4cxx using the
ROS_BINDEPS_PATH environment variable.  See
http://www.ros.org/wiki/ROS/EnvironmentVariables#ROS_BINDEPS_PATH
