[ros-users] Ubuntu package fetching at a crawl

Hey all,

Was hoping to work from home, so I began installing cturtle binaries (Lucid
64-bit).  My web connection is pretty solid (routinely above 2Mbps to every
other source), but the ubuntu packages from code.ros.org are crawling along
at a paltry 3kbps.  Even after waiting 24 hours, restarting the install
(etc.) the situation has not improved.  This certainly does not occur from
the school's pipe, so does anyone know what might be going on?
