[ros-users] How to overlay a package in ros core?

Yeah, I noticed that. I'm working on understanding what's going on
inside message_filters (and particularly approximate_time.h), wanted to
put in some printfs to help me out, and didn't want to modify my base
install. But I've just gone and modified the base install anyway now,
and as long as I don't try to run anything else other than the program
I'm debugging it works fine. :)
