[ros-users] Cturtle Install dificulties

Ok, I got to the bottom of it. I'm assuming you are having the same
problem I was having initially.

In order to install ROS, you need to enable the additional repository
components: "restricted," "universe," and "multiverse."

You can find out more about how to do this on the ubuntu help site:

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Repositories/Ubuntu

Once you enable those 3 additional components, the debs should install
just fine.

Good luck!
