[ros-users] Ubuntu 10.10 support

Hi Sudeep,

We build debs for 10.10.  You can check the status here:

http://www.ros.org/debbuild/cturtle.html

You'll see that a couple of stacks (e.g. image_transport_plugins) are
not supported on Maverick, but the vast majority are.
