[ros-users] Geometry stack fail at rosinstall

The geometry stack moved from svn on ros.org to mercurial on google
code. The problem here is that the rosinstall files that are referred
to from the installation instructions are out of date.  Thanks
Matthieu for filing a ticket.  I bumped up the priority to blocker,
since at this point nobody can download ros from source.

Currently the rosinstall files require a manuall trigger to get
generated, which causes them to get out of date. There is a ticket to
automate this process: https://code.ros.org/trac/ros/ticket/3198
