[ros-users] StageRos running very slowly

I'm trying out the tutorial for simulating one robot in Stage and stage is running extremely slowly. In fact, it is unresponsive to teleop_keyboard inputs. Has anyone encountered this problem and found some parameters that could be changed to speed up stage?
