[ros-users] How to display the ghost robot in rviz?

I update all of the pr2_arm_navigation_tutorials package from the web site of
https://code.ros.org/trac/wg-ros-pkg/browser/stacks/pr2_arm_navigation/trunk/pr2_arm_navigation_tutorials?rev=37445
The calculation result is right. But the visual result is wrong. like
bellow:

What other dependent packages need I update?
