[ros-users] Basic navigation for pioneer robot using p2os

I'm the maintainer for the p2os stack. If you get a good launch file
for navigating and avoiding obstacles using sonar, please send it to
me as well, and I will include it in the next release.

Glad that you're able to use the pioneer in ROS.
