[ros-users] ROS binaries for Lucid Lynx (Ubuntu 10.04)

Advait,
We're working toward Lucid native binaries.  We need to bring up new
machines in the test and build infrastructure to do that.  Hopefully in the
next couple weeks this will be complete.
