[ros-users] console logging on cturtle

The $ROS_ROOT/log is a vestigial string from pre-1.0 days. Thanks for
catching that.

There is overlap between what roslaunch does and what
roscpp/rosconsole/rospy do. This overlap is there based on nothing prevents
code from writing to stdout/stderr. roslaunch's logging mechanism is an
additional feature to allow you to capture that additional output.
