[ros-users] Building roscore as a static library

I think I just looked at "rospack deps roscpp" and built what roscpp needs
in order.  At this point I think it's:

(boost/apr/log4cxx)
rospack
roslib
xmlrpcpp
rosconsole
roscpp

to get a C++ node running.
