[ros-users] rxbag 'raw view' of sensor_msgs/Image topic bug

Ok, I opened ticket #2802. Note that I've been able to work around
this using C-turtle's rxbag and rostopic echo for my present purposes,
so unless this affects anyone else it may not be worthwhile doing the
backport.
