[ros-users] Unable to install Lucid binaries for ROS C Turtle Alpha 1

Our servers were only building 64-bit Lucid (my fault). This is being
remedied.

Also, C Turtle Alpha 2 will likely be released tomorrow. So, to save bits
across the pipe, you may wish to wait for that announcement.
