[ros-users] Can't compile teleop_base

This comes with the usual 'unreleased' caveats: the vslam_system is
still under active research and development. It is highly likely that
you will have issues getting it to compile and work, and you should
avoid using this if this is a problem as unreleased packages are not
well supported.
