[ros-users] Changelogs

Hi, I'm using the boxturtle release on Ubuntu (9.10) and occasionally
I see that there are updates distributed via the apt repository that
show up in my Update Manager. However in the update manager, the
"changes" tab only shows something like:
"""
Changes for the versions:
1.0.1-3~karmic
1.0.1-4~karmic

This change is not coming from a source that supports changelogs.
"""

Is there a way to configure things so that I do see changelogs, and/or
what is the easiest way to find out the difference between, say,
1.0.1-3 and 1.0.1-4?
