[ros-users] Turtle Sim registerPublisher - Ubuntu 9.04

Erin,
You need to run roscore before starting the turtlesim node.  ROS nodes will
not initialize until they can contact the master which is started as part of
roscore.

I've updated the tutorial to reflect this at
http://www.ros.org/wiki/turtlesim
