[ros-users] RTT_COMPONENT_PATH in ROS debs

I'll change it. What's the policy here? Define the ROS_BUILD_TYPE in
every project? Not define it so it defaults to ... ?
What is it best set to?  Release / RelWithDebInfo / MinSizeRel ?
