You're right - we forgot about that. Can you help us by editing the wiki and adding Eigen there as a dependency?

Argh yes. ANN needs to be patched in order to function with PCL. What should we do here? I think we're really close to 
get rid of it, but in the meantime, should we provide a patched archive?
