[ros-users] Hyperlinking in stack.xml

You'll find it's formatted correctly here
http://www.ros.org/wiki/orocos_kinematics_dynamics  This is designed to be
the primary location for documentation.  The rosbrowse interface is quite
dated and is showing growing pains.  It is slated for an overhaul when we
get some of the diamondback preparation work finished.
