[ros-users] status of ROS bag migration?

I'm trying to use rosbagmigration package in cturtle and having some problems.

When I went to open a defect, I discovered that this package has been
removed from trunk (ticket #3024).

Is this package still supported in cturtle? Should I open a defect on
it? Is it being replaced with something else?

I just moved a bunch of messages to a new package. Will our existing
migration scripts still be supported in Diamondback?
