[ros-users] Ubuntu Broken Dependencies

Paul,

Two recommendations:

- First, make sure "restricted," "universe," and "multiverse"
repositories are all enabled.  See,
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Repositories/Ubuntu for more
details.

- If that doesn't work, I would recommend just trying to install
ros-cturtle-ros manually and see what dependencies are missing.
