hi Ivan,

That's a bug.  rosbuild is naively assuming that the FILENAME argument
has a directory component (i.e., it's not just a bare filename).  A
workaround is to ask the tarball to be put in a subdirectory, e.g.:

set(FILENAME foo/ccny_exp_20100913_bags.tgz)

Can you ticket me on the ros Trac to fix it?
