[ros-users] Ros Node for Sick LMS 100 , LMS1xx.h was missing.

Dear Yu Bin,

Package libLMS1xx contain LMS1xx.h, this works very similar to sicktoolbox
and sicktoolbox_wrapper.
LMS100 depend on libLMS1xx.
