[ros-users] suggestion on adding comments and ratings to tutorials

Hello Everyone,

Probably tutorials is the best way to understand ROS, from basics to more
advanced uses. There are more than 100 tutorials now, some very well
written while others need improvement. I would suggest adding a comments
column and a 5 star rating to each tutorial, that would (1) Clearly spell
out how helpful the tutorial is (2) Point out to any flaws and fallacies to
what is in the tutorial and what the newbie user experiences (3) Encourage
the author of the tutorial to write more of them (4) Popularise ROS amongst
the newbies. The comments and 5-star ratings may be just like in a blog
etc.
