[ros-users] [ros.org] can't log in to gforge

When I log in:

Unhandled PropelException Unable to execute UPDATE statement.
[wrapped: Could not execute update [Native Error: ERROR: could not
load library "/usr/lib/postgresql/8.3/lib/plpgsql.so":
/usr/lib/postgresql/8.3/lib/plpgsql.so: undefined symbol: PinPortal]
[User Info: UPDATE "user" SET LAST_LOGIN = '2011-01-28 20:44:55 -0800'
WHERE "user".USER_ID=258]]

(Is there a better place to report this kind of issue?)
