[ros-users] Make process of rosprolog does not find depends pakages

Hi Ali, i am not sure but it seems as rosdep script would misbehave. What
you can also do is of course to simply apt-get install system dependencies
from the below list for which rosdep is claiming not to be able to resolve
them.
It is none of my business, but why are you running as root user?
