I am seeing some peculiar behavior in unstable with the unary common_rosdeps package. It has a stack.xml, but no manifest.xml. I can `roscd` to it, and `rosstack find` locates it, but `rospack find` does not. Shouldn't it also have a manifest.xml, so package references can be resolved? -- joq
