[ros-users] ROS Electric Beta now available

Hi Kei,

the serialization functionality of ros::Message has been replaced by a
Serialization trait.

I had to add that for rosjava to make it ready for Electric, too. Just
have a look into rosjava_jni/rosjava.cpp and search for
Serialization. If you have more questions, feel free to send me an
email.
