[ros-users] ROS Best Practices

Hi,

I have started a page on 
http://www.ros.org/wiki/UsingThirdPartyLibraries listing rosdep and 
wrapper packages as options.

I currently claim that rosdep is preferred over wrapper packages. If 
that is wrong, could someone please correct it or tell me to correct it.
