[ros-users] rosjava compilation error

I added the missing dependency on dnsjava to build.xml.

As for building the commons and xmlrpc libs, that happens
automatically if you run ant dist. It does not happen if you run ant
compile or ant default.

That's not ideal, and I'm open to suggestions on how to better design
the ant build.xml scripts.
